Alex Gurovich founded PacificWestTax with a single conviction: that businesses and families in Southern California deserve CPA-level expertise without the impersonal experience that comes from large accounting firms that treat smaller clients as an afterthought.
After more than a decade working in public accounting, handling everything from individual tax returns to complex multi-entity business structures, IRS audits, and international tax matters, Alex recognized a gap in the market. High-quality tax strategy was being reserved for the largest clients at the largest firms. Everyone else was left with seasonal preparers, generic advice, and no proactive planning through the year.
PacificWestTax was built to close that gap. The firm serves a range of clients from small business owners and real estate investors to high-net-worth individuals and nonprofits, with the same depth of strategy and attention to detail typically reserved for much larger accounts.
Alex holds California CPA License #137614 (Firm License #8815) The practice is based in Orange County and serves clients throughout Southern California.
